The company had an outage at the weekend with no one to contact. When they did finally get in touch, they sent a standard email, which didn't address my issue. Their outage took credits from my account, which failed. They never reimbursed me nor addressed my issue. No problem, subscription cancelled and now I use Krea, which is much, much better. You can view the changes before they charge you. If you want to be ripped off, then get Magnific subscription.

Bad experience

Started today my paid Subscription with Magnific Ai
The first image I tried to enhance had the size of 2400px longest site.
The upload hung up immeditalely. The page is blocked
No chance to escape, and stop this process.
Could not find any support button or helpdesk.
Nothing to help the paying Customer.
Magnific leaves me completely alone in the desert.
This is a very bad experience.

Repeating pattern enlargement problem.

I am using the Magnific.ai website with a paid subscription. We are experiencing issues with enlarging repeating patterns. We are unable to replicate them after the enlargement process. I wanted to write to the support section regarding this issue, however, I can't find any contact information on the website.
