The cable set you have purchased (ESSENTIAL SERIES) is not fast charge compatible. It can charge at 12W speed, which is the standard charging speed.
If you are looking for fast-charge cables. I would strongly advise you to check out our MAXX Series cords. These are Fast Charge (18W) & Data-Transfer compatible.
Regarding the magnet strength, we can guarantee that our magnetic cables use the best magnet available on the market (N52 grade Neodymium). We could have increased the magnet hold, but that would be less convenient to use daily as the little tip (in your phone) with go off too easily.
One last thing: your order is covered with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your product, you can return it to us and upgrade to our MAXX Series.

I love the the length
I love the the length, I love the pretty lights, I love that I can the charging piece in my phone and just link it with ease. The only thing I wish were better was the magnet. I'm sure there's some specific reason for how strong it can be, but I find the magnet disconnecting sometimes if I lie my phone down without being sure to turn the joint sideways. Not a hassle, just an extra thought.

Amazing Cables
I have bought several of these Magnilink cables now and I'm very satisfied with the quality and function. The 360 swivel is such an important function to me, it keeps the cable out of the way and has stopped the breakage.

Caveat Emptor - Lighning Tips Poor Quality
Worked fine for a few weeks, then my iPhone 7 started giving intermittent 'Device may not be supported'. Thought it might have been due to Apple updates, but none have dropped in the same period or immediately preceding the failure. Three Lightning tips did this same thing after about three weeks. Contacted Dope-Gadget (before their name change) and was sent three new tips. The first one of these failed today also, again, roughly three weeks after receipt. The cable works with other non-Lightning tips. And each new Lightning tip seems to work fine. Otherwise functional 240v to USB A charger used. My belief now is that these Lightning tips are of inferior quality and the unreliability is not worth the convenience offered by the magnetic cable. Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware).

Good Versatile Product
I really liked these magnetically attachable wires, especially when they came out with the MAXX that allowed the cables to transfer information as well as power. I bought the Maxx specifically to use with my smartphone while driving because my car did not have CarPlay, AndroidAuto, or an onboard navigation system and the magnetic connection allowed me to plug the smartphone into my cars power to recharge during long drives when I needed the GPS. I recently got a new car with CarPlay and while I don't think I will use the Magnilink cables in my car from now on, the cables have other good uses so I will keep using the ones I have.

Just got my kits in the mail today
Just got my kits in the mail today. Had to order 2 sets so I could have a cable for the car. I couldn't find a place to buy a single cable without the adapters. Now to see how long the cable lasts me before I need to get a replacement.

Only a charging cable...nothing more
The quality of the item is great, and it works, but for CHARGING ONLY, very few smart phone users today use this port exclusively for charging, the cable does not DATA transfer. In my case, I purchased this cable to replace the standard cable in my car (the only place I still use a cable on my phone for Apple CarPlay, but it would not connect.

Had a cord that was intermittent. I contacted them and they got back to me within a day. Resolved the problem and got me going. Great to work with. Will do business with them again!

These cords are terrible the customer semis terrible.. still having trouble with products won’t charge phones.. I was contacted by email saying they would send two cords out !!! Never did I have to go out and buy regular iPhone cords to get my phones working DONT BIY THESE CORDS JUNK !!!

Great Customer Service!!!!!
Had a real problem with some of the connectors that insert into the devices for charging. The company immediately remedied this by sending out more of the plugs to me (without me even asking). Not sure if these will work better or not but the way the company handled it and the speed with which they did tells me they back their product 100% and that their customers matter to them. I am confident any issue will be resolved if they arise.
