First time I have used this company, thought I would take a punt and try them out, as they had the exact pair of trainers my wife wanted for her Birthday on offer, in her size too, I ordered them Saturday morning and they were delivered for free by Sunday lunchtime!! Now that’s what I call service, absolutely amazing!! Will certainly use them again, thank you!

1st time I have ordered from this company, and I will definitely be ordering again. Ordered my sketches Friday evening, got free express delivery and they was delivered Sunday afternoon. One very happy customer 😀 😊

Made a simple order for 3 fence posts,after a near fortnight wait on delivery my delivery man told me they received 2 posts so I have naturally asked where my third post is!I have been told its sent out but I did pay for the STATED 48hour tracked delivery as I'm a post down and into my third week of waiting I'm afraid this is not a professional set up and if your a tradesman or someone looking to order for onetime materials then I'd look elsewhere.😡

I ordered Bug Clear Ultra from MA Grigg on 17th April 2023. After receiving initial automated messages from the courier a few days after my purchase, advising that they were waiting for my parcel, I received no further updates. I tried contacting MA Grigg via numerous channels, and received an email from Harvey on 1st May 2023, advising that "I will have this looked into and re sent for you as no further scans have occurred after shipment." Replacement arrived 10th May. Thanks to Harvey and team.

I didn’t know this company before and found them while searching on google for Barbour jackets. Honestly, I had an outstanding experience. Ordered the jacket on Wednesday night and received Friday morning. The price was the cheapest I could find.

Whish I looked at trust pilot before placing an order. 29% (nearly 1 in 3) rated this company as 1 star. There's a high probability that you may have a bad purchase experience and unfortunately I was one of them. I ordered a 1.8x1.05 arched fence panel. No communication until I chased a week later only to be told no availability and they refunded me. Surprisingly the item is still for sale on their website. Good luck if you decide to purchase from them.

I ordered a Barbour zip in body warmer for my boyfriend to go with his new wax jacket. The next day on a Sunday I got an email to say there has been an error and they don’t have the item in stock. This is false advertising items they don’t even have.
Although a refund has been authorised this should not happen and we will not be using them again and certainly do not recommend and judging by others reviews this appears to be a regular occurrence.

UPDATE:
I emailed Sharon as requested below and she was fantastic she looked into the order and offered a discounted rate when she put the next order in with the supplier. Unfortunately the Barbour body warmers are not available for them to purchase for around five months but Sharon did everything she could to help us which we are grateful for and even offered another item from their website at a discounted rate which we declined the offer as the body warmer was the only item needed.
In view of Sharon’s help I have changed from one star to three stars as I think this is fair. Thank you so much Sharon for all you tried to do with our order.

Order placed Sunday evening 26/02, boots arrived Tuesday 28/02. Brilliant service, will definitely use this company again 👍

After I experienced a problem with my order after it arrived, they were very quick to respond and resolve my issue. Very happy with the customer service and will be purchasing from again in the future.

I can only heap praise on them. Ordered a weatherbeta dog coat on 9th Feb. It arrived very well packed on 11th Feb (today). I chose the cheapie delivery option too. I expected delivery next week sometime.

Ordered a Berghaus coat this morning which was advertised on their site. Paid and acknowledged. I
have just received an email saying they made a mistake and said that they would refund my payment.
Why couldn’t they have at least tried to source another first. Very disappointed as a new customer.
Please delete my details from your records once refund has been paid.
Still awaiting refund.

I ordered my Barbour jacket and received it the following day. This is the first time that I’ve ordered from this company and I would certainly use them again - excellent customer service.

Ordered a Dubarry coat which was half the RRP. Coat arrived today and was delivered by 4pm the day after I ordered it. Top service and great product. I am really pleased with everything about this transaction. I would definitely use this company again.

Had been looking for a certain coat, eventually found my size at griggs online. Ordered on 29th Dec at 19:25, order arrived this morning 31st Dec at 9:30am, excellent service and also the best price I could find online. Will definitely use again.

I ordered a Barbour Laire saddle bag Dark brown for my wife
It arrived on Saturday 31st December 2022
The bag I received was light brown not the dark brown that I ordered when I rang they now tell me that they are now sold out

Purchased Barbour goods from Griggs as they were cheaper and because I prefer to buy locally and from smaller businesses where i can. Great service and smooth transactions. Package delayed by 1 day due to DPD but got update from Griggs. Highly recommend this company.
