Great customer service
I ordered magnesium tablet, as they came out on top in the research i had done for quality and effectiveness and transparency of the product, they were delivered very quickly and a little issue i raised via email was answered immediately, i cant rate this company highly enough would recommend to anyone interested in supplements

The customer service at Magsupps is excellent. My query was answered very quickly by Claudio who was very helpful. I had been sleeping very badly, but since starting taking 3 Magsupp Magnesium Glycinate capsules each evening I am able to relax and fall into a deeper sleep than I have done for years. 100% recommended!

Unsure of dosage
Only just started using these so not able to offer recommendations … I’m disappointed there was not an information leaflet outlining more information. I’m unsure if I should be taking these 3 x daily with food, or, take 3 pills prior to bedtime. I’d like to know if you can break the shell and dissolve in water??

I hope you're doing well and thanks for taking the time to leave this review. As per label instructions you can take 3 x capsules once daily preferably with food, but you may also take it prior to bed without food. You can try both to see which works better for you.
In regards to opening the capsules, you can definitely do so! However it's not the best tasting powder, so feel free to mix it with juice or a smoothie for a more pleasant taste. There is a nice video on our Instagram page of our capsules being mixed into a smoothie.

I have suffered with sleep problems for…
I have suffered with sleep problems for years and the menopause has made it worse. I read that these tablets would help with sleep issues and after trying everything I could think of I didn’t hold out much hope, however, I was wrong ,these have been a lifesaver 20 years of waking up on and off all night, now I wake only once they are my miracle. I take them just before bed and sleep so much better. Well worth a try.
