Despite shipping issues, I remain impressed
After dealing with some UPS issues, (Which the Mahéquline team was more than helpful to try and resolve) I can't be happier with my order. The colors are stunning, fit is incredible, (but definitely on the baggier side so size down) and doesn't cause me to overheat.

Bad quality - would never recommend
Good customer service, they are responsive.
Quality is super bad, my first bikini broke the first day of vacation, the bra claps snapped in half literally the first time i put it on. I emailed their support and they were kind to send me a new.
Now this bikini turned rusty within no time. Looks horrible as super cheap. I tried to get a full refund but they are unwilling.

It’s good to hear that our support team was responsive, but we fully understand that quick replies don’t make up for a product that breaks or shows rust so soon. That shouldn’t happen, and we take your feedback seriously. We’re already sharing your case with our product team so we can look into the hardware and material batch involved and prevent this from happening again.
Regarding the refund: since your original purchase was made at Arlanda Airport, it was processed through a separate retailer system, which means we unfortunately can’t issue a direct refund from our side. However, you are absolutely welcome to contact the Arlanda store for a refund, and you can show them your correspondence with us as documentation. If you’d like, you can also forward us any reply you receive from them and we’ll do our best to support you further.
We truly regret that we let you down and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

I’m usually satisfied with products
I’m usually satisfied with products, but not this time. I received this survey before my lingerie was even shipped. I placed the order four days ago, and it’s still sitting in the warehouse. I emailed customer service to find out what happened, and they informed me that there was an issue but assured me it would be shipped as soon as possible, with Sunday morning being the latest. It’s now evening, and the lingerie still hasn’t been sent. I wouldn’t mind the delay, but I’m leaving tomorrow, and I ordered the lingerie specifically for this trip. Now I have to look for something else in a huge rush.

Got these as a gift and have been happy with it so far. considered buying other colors for myself but now I see the exact same product on other sites for much lower price and will definitely not be buying these overpriced ones. its almost 10 times more expensive!!!
