Excellent product quality, delivery on time

Ordered classic backpack 3.0. Delivery was surprisingly fast. Bag was exactly as shown and advertised on the website. Very happy with the product.

Superb products however my slippers are at least 2 sizes too small and I got a pair one size bigger than normal to be sure. Their sizes are not accurate, I would go at least one size up if not two of what you normally wear. They were for me but gave them away as a present to someone instead. Will continue to support Mahi and buy other products as quality to price ratio is exceptional, especially during specials

lovely bag, excellent customer service. I had a lot of questions and they were so rapid and clear in response. ALSO - I decided I wanted a longer strap (I am 6'3") and was able to order a custom strap which is currently on the way!

I appreciated the timeliness of the shipment and the quality of the product. So far, the buying experience has been very hassle free and enjoyable. My wife loved the Columbus bag with the cowhide print.

I bought this as a 15th wedding anniversary gift for my husband. We both love the bag l, it is luxurious and looks great. We travel weekends to go to family and this is the perfect size for a weekend away. His only note is that the bottom compartment won't be easy to clean if he put his shoes in there.

The overall communication was good. The bag looks great! The one negative from this buying experience was that I did not notice anywhere on the website indicating that additional charges for customs and duties would be applied. The first time I found out about this was an email from Fedex saying that if these charges are not paid the shipment will not be delivered.

I love this satchel - especially in the crocodile pattern as it looks classy and fits all my diaries and everything else amazingly.

Mahi in Māori Language (te reo) means to “work” so the analogy reflects perfectly for living and working in Auckland NZ!

I pressed the "apply" button to test a discount code and see if the discount was off shipping too. This doesn't work until you put in payment details and then when pressed again and it takes that as a purchase button (on mobile). I then told them not to send it and they replied but still sent it! It all feels a dodgy as a business so I would not trust them. I would add a photo of the button if I could as there is no doubt that it is not a purchase button as the purchase button is a few lines below.

I was very happy with the quality of the product, it made a great gift. Carrie-Anne was also very helpful in getting it shipped to the US.

Good leather, sturdy and excellent quality overall. We got the Classic Backpack in brown and navy, and the Classic Bucket Bag in brown. They were all well made and the bucket bag and the navy backpack were both soft, while the brown backpack was a bit stiff but has been softening up slowly. The only small issue was that the brown backpack arrived a bit crushed on one side, possibly due to how it had been stored.

The product arrived really fast to Finland and the quality of backpack is EXCELLENT!

Superior quality, nice design, very spacious bag, love it! Took it to a little hike a couple of days after the purchase, met all the criteria.
