I found the website very easy to navigate from browsing to final purchase. I did click and collect and within a couple of hours i received an email to say my item was ready to pick up. When I went into to collect the staff were very polite and pleasant and retrieved my purchase very quickly. Great service lovely shop for something different

I loved my experience with Maia gifts.
The gift options were amazing in choice and price range. The ease of the online purchase process was brilliant and the staff and follow up was amazing. I inquired about a few things and the response was kind, helpful and fast. I loved the variety of gifts and the person surprised by the birthday present package absolutely loved them as well. A beautiful shop in Glasgow that made me love Scotland and the Scottish even more.

The hat I ordered is great and matches the scarf and mitts I bought locally. Delivery, not so. Was due to be delivered by Royal Mail on Wednesday between 12.55 and 16.55. Didn't turn up. On Thursday RM tracker showed it was in Plymouth (we live near Scarborough!) It arrived Friday afternoon.

Emailed initially and got a quick response and done a very straightforward click and collect. Would recommend.

It was a pleasure to peruse the online shop, and when my daughter picked up the purchase - using the 'click and collect' service - she said the Bath Street shop was also a delight. Really pleased with my beautiful tree ornaments, unique & high quality. The customer service was excellent,I had my address mixed up so it was returned to seller. It was all quickly resolved & I received my lovely ornaments. I’ll certainly have another look a Mai Gift website in future.
