Absolutely terrible experience with maids.cc.
From start to finish, they’ve been sloppy, unprofessional, and completely unreliable. They constantly backtrack on what was previously agreed, which makes dealing with them incredibly frustrating. On multiple occasions, they sent payment links with the wrong amounts — always higher than what had been agreed — which honestly feels like a deliberate attempt to overcharge customers.
Whenever you raise an issue, they say a “senior person” will investigate — but in reality, it just makes things even messier. You end up with more confusion, more contradictions, and even more incorrect messages. Nothing gets resolved, it just spirals.
Communication is chaotic. Just when you think things are finally sorted, they come back again with new errors, wrong information, and unnecessary back-and-forth. It’s exhausting.
This has been a huge waste of time and energy. Easily the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with.
We’re unfortunately stuck with them now, otherwise we would have left immediately. But if you’re considering using them — DO NOT USE THEM. Avoid at all costs.

I have been with this company for quite some time but their services get worst and worst. Also, during this recent incident here in UAE the agency is not helpful enough to see the concerns of expats who are need to evacuate their children to safety. Then after that they are make each step harder. 1. They asked to bring the maid back to UAE just to get a salary card that in the end does not have anything inside. 2. They know that it has nothing inside and would be meaningless to take the card then they did not made aware the customer ahead of time. 3. They are making the customer go to DUBAI TO THE OFFICE JUST TO TAKE THE EMIRATES ID. Which is not a reasonable thing to do for someone who is living in Abu Dhabi and can be sent via a courier, they claim the courier is trying to contact the customer or the maid but no one has even contacted. 3. They always make the customer have frustrations and instead of helping and making things easy they make it very very difficult. All of this is in WhatsApp message for verification purposes. I have small kids and kept repeating letting them understand the situation but their side would always have unreasonable stands.

Be very careful. We are currently trying to use this service for a nanny visa application, and it has now been 4 weeks with no progress. The number of excuses has been extremely frustrating, and the AI-based service has made communication even worse rather than helping. The whole experience has been disappointing and stressful. I am in the process of complaining to MOHRE right now. I would strongly advise others not to use them.

I am writing this to warn other families against using this agency. Our experience has been a series of broken promises, lack of accountability, and zero professionalism.
The Main Issues:
• Total Lack of Communication: This is the most frustrating part. They do not provide direct phone numbers and refuse to take calls. You are forced to communicate through AI agents, which are incapable of handling complex issues or providing real answers. It makes getting in touch for urgent matters impossible.
• Dishonesty & No Accuracy: We were constantly lied to regarding the status of our requests. Information provided was rarely accurate, and whenever a mistake was made, the agency took zero accountability.
• Untrained Staff: Despite their claims, the helpers provided were completely untrained and unprepared for the requirements of the job. It’s clear there is no vetting or training process in place.
• Extreme Unprofessionalism: From "ghosting" messages to failing to follow through on basic contractual obligations, this agency operates with a complete lack of integrity.
Final Verdict: Do not trust this agency with your home or your children. They are happy to take your money but will disappear the moment a problem arises. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.
It takes a day for them to respond and provide an update on replacing a nanny adding more stress when you have work and you need a nanny to take care of your kids. DO NOT USE THEM

This company is built on scamming methods i will share with you guys some points
1-they will not give their maids end of service till they submit an official complaint to mohre
they are stealing from their maids so don’t be surprised of they are stealing from your pockets
2- they are pathetic when you ask to cancel the contract (try to call and ask for cancellation and they will give you up to 1000 derhames as a discount)
3- no training available once the maids joined the company ( 0 quality )
They will send sick maids non trained just to withdraw money from you
4- their best employees and managers are leaving the company because they can’t handle the truth harming everyone to gain with no honor
5-unorganized staff and operations
You will always have a problem with them somehow

They're customer service is terrible! You can't even reach them on the phone, and instead are forced to use WhatsApp to chat, which wastes time. They kept trying to charge me for service that I did not want, and kept avoiding reimbursing me for fees that I should never have had to pay. More details below...
They failed to arrange a taxi for my maid on her first day, and would not answer her calls about the taxi. They did not call me, so it was only when I called them that I found out they had a computer issue. Then, the agent on the phone asked ME to arrange a taxi for the maid. I did, but the maid never found the taxi and told me that she wasn't going to come because it was so late. So, my elderly father was left at home for 10 hours on his own, which was a safety hazard.
Then, they charged me for the month of February even though I cancelled the service at the end of January. They originally agreed to reimburse me for the first 2 days of my contract because the maid did not arrive, but I had to call repeatedly to argue about what they owed me. Every time, I had to repeat the story and they kept "forgetting " to include all of the fees that they should reimburse me for, lowering the amount over and over. I don't have any faith that they will actually refund me what I am owed, but Inshallah, they will and I will NEVER have to deal with this company EVER AGAIN!

I never normally leave Google reviews, but the service I’ve received from Maid CC has been so unbelievably poor that I feel obligated to warn others.
From the very beginning, communication has been a complete shambles. I was told on multiple occasions that someone would call me back — this has now happened more than 10 times, and not once did they follow through. Every time I chased it up, I was given the same response: “We’ll get someone to call you back shortly.” It simply never happened.
Their so-called money-back guarantee is a joke. They know full well how difficult they make the cancellation process, and in my experience, it appears designed so that you never actually receive your money back.
I was extremely clear about my requirements from day one: I needed a maid who could cook and speak English. Despite clarifying this repeatedly, they sent me candidates on over five separate occasions who could do neither. It genuinely feels like they do not listen to anything you say.
I have now been trying to cancel within the 14-day period, and for the past two weeks, I’ve been told repeatedly that the cancellation team needs to “confirm” and that they will call me back. Again — they never do.
This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever dealt with. I would strongly urge anyone considering using this company to be extremely cautious before committing.

I strongly advise against registering your maid with this company.
They do not accommodate in person queries and appear to avoid addressing concerns directly. Communication is difficult and resolving issues requires repeated follow ups.
Payments are not handled responsibly. Although they deduct funds from our bank account on time, they fail to transfer the salary to the maid’s account promptly. This creates unnecessary stress and uncertainty for the employee.
Upon leaving the company, we were assured that my maid would be paid on a specific date and would receive her gratuity upon signing. This commitment was not honoured. I had to continuously message them for nearly a month before the matter was addressed.
To date, they have not refunded the excess amount I paid them. Despite multiple reminders, the outstanding balance remains unsettled.
There is a pattern of overpromising and failing to deliver. The advertised discounts are misleading, and the referral incentive of 2500 that I qualified for was never honoured.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services. Proceed with caution.

I used the maid service but they either sent options which didn’t fulfill the criteria or the maid didn’t even turn up. Without sending a maid they unethically defected money and already been told within the 7 days period to cancel the service but still no refund and now delaying the refund for no reason
Update after a week - still waiting for the refund and had to raise a complaint with MOHRE as they are not responsive anymore

I am extremely disappointed with my experience dealing with maids.cc.
From my perspective, the company operates with a strong focus on revenue, with very little regard for service quality, professionalism, or the wellbeing of the workers they deploy. The overall management and coordination appear disorganized and incompetent.
On multiple occasions, the maid assigned to me was sent 3–4 hours earlier than the confirmed booking time. She was left waiting outside without clear instructions about when her shift actually started or ended, who to contact, or where to go. Expecting workers to stand outside for hours, particularly in the UAE heat, is unacceptable and inhumane.
Beyond the scheduling issues, I am deeply concerned about how the company treats its employees. The maid I encountered appeared vulnerable, poorly briefed, and unsupported. They often seemed confused about their assignments and lacked proper communication from management. This reflects a serious lack of professionalism and care.
I am currently considering reporting the company to the Ministry of Labor to request an investigation into how employees are treated and whether proper labor standards are being followed.

The experience with maids.cc has been great so far. A maid was sent to me immediately when I had an urgent need for extra help. She is very pleasant, eager to help and willing to learn. Today Arlene came for a complementary training session. She did a fantastic job giving my helper very clear instructions and guidance on how to organize and clean meticulously. I would highly recommend maids.cc for their excellent service not only to provide the maids but ensure the needs of both parties are met.
