AVOID THIS "COMPANY!"

I ordered 1 hijab on 8th August 2022 which cost £11.95. P+P was free yet 3 days ago, I received a Royal Mail card stating that the sender didn't pay the full postage. Once I paid and received the parcel, I then realised it was for this company. Which customer should have to pay for shipping for the company, when it should've been free???

This isn't a trustworthy company/business at all. Their customer service is non-existent as I emailed twice over the span of 3 weeks, and yet they only replied once. They send out orders extremely late, they don't pay postage for orders accordingly so they can pocket as much cash as possible, and they don't bother replying to emails quickly and efficiently.

Avoid at all costs!

Still waiting for refund...2 months later!

Ordered in May - great customer service to begin with.

The items were sent via Special Delivery but took a week to arrive.

As items arrived late, they were returned. That is when Mai Hijabs stopped responding to any communications.

They received the items over 8 weeks ago and are still not responding or processing the refund.
This is extremely disappointing, I have informed many family/friends who are now not going to be ordering from this company again.
They are now indebted to me and have broken an amanah.
