Awesome experience, Thank you Ondrej and mailboxde crew

Hi, I have an awesome experience and I really appreciate I was able to use this service. I have even made a call to the call center before using the service, really nice and helpfull.

I was ordering to Slovakia (my package was split by the eshop) , first order- instant fast processing, delivery really fast and currently the other part of my order is on the way too :) can't wait .

Consolidation RIP-OFF

They rip you off with their consolidation rules, every similar company consolidates without trying to rip you off yet here you have to pay YEARLY subscription, what the hell is that?

What's next, paying yearly subscription to gas pump teller's hair style?

Easy, Reasonably Priced and Fast

I used Mailboxde services to forward a shipping, from Germany to Israel. I found it to be the easiest procedure, I've ever experienced with a company of that kind. Shipping rates were very reasonable and the whole process was very efficient.

Great work

Great work, best forwarding service I've used so far. Compared to all EU forwarders and China forwarders, MailboxDE is really unique and their customer approach is great. In my case, DHL lost the package and they did absolutely everything to find it ASAP. After two days, the package was found and instantly forwarded to Croatia. 10/10, will continue using their services. Also the pricing is really good and 100% worth it.

BEST help in international post delivery (mail forwarding)

I need the special diabetic socks very much, but one of the biggest german Internet-shop have no any delivery to Finland. I was very sad about it. But I found the way to save me. Mail forwarding !

I have chosen MAILBOXDE.com and now I am really happy.
I just bought my socks in the german shop on-line and it sent my things to Mailboxde.com GmbH in Zittau (city in Germany).

Then MAILBOXDE.com did the mail forwarding of my parcel to Finland by UPS delivering.

......Ooops! So easy !!!
Only 2 days after the shopping my special socks are on the way to Finland right now.
BRILLIANT BRILLIANT SERVICE.
Very accurate, very quick, very frendful and NOT expensive.

Had a pretty good experience dealing…

Had a pretty good experience dealing with these guys !

They accepted the package same day it arrived to their address and I was able to access it immediately. From there you have to pay annual consolidation fee if you want to group multiple packages into one - I paid that and the shipping was like 27€ via DHL to Serbia. ( mailboxde charged me couple of euros for packaging and processing fees like 3-7€ not sure but it's really cheap ! That 27€ was total with fees included ).

Pretty good experience! Overall I recommend there's just one issue though....

They will accept any package as long as there is no custom duty to be paid , but if there's customs that need to be paid then idk... The agent I talked to seemed like s/he would help me get it sorted out but their website and the lack of general policy regarding how custom clearances are settled is unnerving... Idk if the other agent would offer the same help or not?

I will keep on shipping w them using websites that charge custom duty in advance , but I'd like to see some updates in the future regarding how custom clearances are handled... It shouldn't be hard to purchase credits as a buyer and if the shipment requires custom clearances go with it using those credits... If there's not enough credits message buyer about it.

Idk... Something like that

This is the second time i am trying to…

This is the second time i am trying to use their services.
I had trouble communicating with them for 9 days (after they received my package) but after the review here on trust pilot they replied to me and the issue was resolved. For some reason my email was found on spam folder. (I still have some questions though for the online contact form i sent twice with no reply.)

Anyway i will be using their service again as i suppose it was just bad luck this time.

3 stars for this time, 5 stars for the first time = 4stars

Unfortunately, some shipments have incomplete addresses on the label and the recipient is not recognized. It can also be a mistake on our side. Of course, we are responsible for received shipments.

Quick, reliable and friendly service

I've been using mailboxde for awhile now and am impressed with their quick and reliable service. They've kept up-to-date with Brexit and I've literally never had an issue with them. I recommend them to anyone that needs goods shipped from Germany. I normally don't write reviews, but these guys deserve it! Amazing job guys!

Proof of Identity after 3 years??

After being a happy customer of Mailbox.de for three years, I've got ridiculous situation happening since last week. After completing forwarding order and processing full payment for the forwarding services, I've got email asking to validate my identity by either again completing payment via Bank transfer for the order that I already fully paid or providing a NOTARISED ORIGINAL PROOF OF MY IDENTITY SHIPPED BY DHL TO Mailboxde WITHIN fourteen DAYS. Given I leave in Asia this sounds a bit complex. Despite of multiple emails asking for alternative solution and conversation with the management, I have no response from company since last week, neither I can reach customer support at any time of the day by phone. So basically my package is currently withheld despite of being fully paid and I have no communication or response how we can resolve this issue.
