Google removed Gmail's "Check mail from other accounts" feature, POP fetch, and Gmailify in January 2026. MailBridge restores it. Connect your external mailboxes and custom domain email using POP3 or IMAP and your emails keep arriving in Gmail, just like before. Manage multiple email accounts from a single inbox with no forwarding rules, no workarounds, no switching email providers. Set up in two minutes, runs automatically in the background. Includes a Chrome extension for instant mailbox refresh.

So far the experience has been good

So far the experience has been good. Any questions have been answered very quickly by Christian. I am hoping to continue testing and using the beta connection as it looks like a good solution to the removal of POP3 service from Google. Like other users have said, this service has the potential to resolve the problem that a lot of users are going to face. Give it a go and try out the free trial of the beta version.

MailBridge just works

MailBridge just works, it does what its designed to do, get mail from other providers and insert them into your gmail account. No need to forward emails and damage any sender reputations.

Setup was very easy and support were quick to respond adding in oAuth for Microsoft accounts.

This is the ONLY way to experience the old Gmail

This is the ONLY way to experience Gmailify now. Mailbridge is a lifesaver and the setup is so easy. Support is excellent and new features are added so quickly. I look forward to supporting this for the foreseeable future!

Mailbridge bridges the Gmail Gap.

Like many of us, I was negatively affected by Gmail dropping support for Gmailify + POP accounts. Along comes Mailbridge to, well, bridge that missing functionality.

I'm currently evaluating it while it is in beta and I'm impressed: it does what it says. It collects email from POP accounts and delivers them to Gmail via its official API.

Setup is way more simple than Gomailify (and I'm technical enough to know how to edit DNS records); and delivery is far more accurate than forwarders.

The developers are responsive. I noted the lack of a 'remove emails from pop mailbox upon delivering them' feature, and was told it was in development. It went live a few days later.

Recommend.

Good experience so far

There was a bug right after rollout but it was addressed quickly (like a few hours). As a dev myself I understand bugs like that happen but I was happy to see it quickly resolved. Works great now and eliminates my reliance on gmail's ability to check a POP3 mailbox and bring the messages over (which is going away).
