Over the years I've used lots of different email sending providers and I've found Mailjet to be one of the best. It's very easy to use with a simple, straightforward interface and fair transparent pricing that offers excellent value for money. Most importantly our emails get delivered where and when they should and we have great insights into all the data we need.

The initial response was from a representative that wasn't qualified to help, and had to escalate it. The rep that then came back (eventually) apologized for the delay due to a larger than normal number of support queries, and proceeded not to answer the ticket enquiry at all, but asked for more information that would have been very, very obvious just from taking a cursory look at our account.

We were dealing with a tricky SPF alignment issue on Mailjet. Mihael guided us clearly through setting up the correct CNAME for a custom return-path and followed up quickly to verify and configure things on his end.
Even when the issue required some back-and-forth, he stayed professional, efficient, and friendly. The documentation shared made the process much easier.

Business owners beware. We’ve been using Mailjet for nearly 8 years on their most expensive plans. Every year, 3-4 times, something breaks: sending errors, API downtime, automations stopping, contact imports failing, and more. Each time, our team has to be the one to detect the issue and contact support. The result? Disastrous reactivity (1+ week delays), constant agent turnover, and zero willingness to investigate internal problems. Don’t be tempted by the low prices, it will cost you much more in time and lost revenue due to unstable, unreliable service, no communication about incidents, and nonexistent support even on top-tier plans. We’re now spending several thousand euros to switch ESPs, which I can confidently say will be our best decision after all these years.
