Helped us achieve our compliance goals

Our account was flagged immediately after importing a large legacy contact list - frustrating at first. But Slavena from support was excellent! They worked with us directly, explained what they needed to see, and cleared our account within days. Mailjet's human approach was refreshing. They actually talked to us, explained what they needed, and made a decision based on real information rather than just algorithmic suspicion.

Worked for a while; zero technical support

Works well when it is running smoothly. If you have a serious issue with Mailjet, there is no technical support. Support tickets are not responded to. We were forced to switch to a different provider after many years with Mailjet. There is no point in returning.

Customer support is NEXT LEVEL

Customer support is NEXT LEVEL, especially Théo. Trust is important with your ESP, especially with time sensitive emails (like we send). I have already recommended them to others and will continue to do so! Thanks Théo, you're the BEST!

Easy setup, great support, and great pricing

Easy setup, great support, and great pricing. Also really like the insights as it gave instant feedback on whether I setup everything properly.

A minor issue I had (domain was marked as having incomplete setup, was due to cache) was resolved really fast.

Mailjet is the best one

Hello,
I tested several tools and think that Mailjet is the best one. The interface is user-friendly. There are a lot of options to create and send the e-mails, and control the delivery. I have been using Mailjet for more than 8 years.

Great product, great support

For years I am using Mailjet as my outgoing SMTP server for web applications and websites. Lately I had an issue related to the portal. The Helpdesk and the technical team solved the issue fantastic. The team contacted me several times and I seriously had the impression that I mattered. Apart from a great product also a similar support.

Mailjet is one of the most frustrating ESPs I’ve ever worked with.

We were running legitimate, GDPR-compliant campaigns with first-party opt-in data, and suddenly our entire account was suspended without any clear warning or actionable explanation. Support responses were slow, generic, and clearly copy-pasted. Every reply felt like it came from a different person with no real understanding of the situation.

The compliance process is opaque and inflexible. Even after providing detailed answers about opt-in sources, list hygiene, and sending practices, the account remained blocked while “another group of colleagues” reviewed it. No timelines. No ownership. No urgency.

To make things worse, Mailjet allowed us to exceed our plan limits without proactive communication, and then used that as part of the justification to suspend sending entirely. This resulted in business disruption and forced us to urgently migrate to another provider.

If you are a growing business or run high-volume campaigns, be very careful. Mailjet may work for small, low-volume senders, but once you scale, the platform becomes unreliable and support is not equipped to handle real-world scenarios.

We are moving away permanently.
