The most helpful thing about Mail Marketer is its easy and user-friendly interface. The upside of using Mail Marketer is that its inbox delivery percentage.

Clunky interface, Decent reporting, however it's tech support is inept, and has zero-customer orientation.

Oh and not to mention, very poor delivery rates and delivery speed.

Mails to active "@gmail.com" accounts are undelivered with "problem with server configuration".

Used them for 1 month and no renewing.

Absolutely Amazing Service! I've been using Mailmarketer for 6 months now. Easy to use functional platform. Impressed with the best set of templates and easy customization .
Best marketing tools, easy tracking of list and with one click of the campaign summary we are able to view opened unopened bounced links clicked on our imported list.
our team got a higher response from our recipients. I encountered a problem in account creation and within minutes it was sorted by the support team. I would strongly recommend them.

Recently i signedup with this service and some reasons i like this service that are mainly the User Interface which very easy to use and the pricing is reasonable when compared to other providers, good and friendly customer support. Mainly account activation is done within 30 minutes.

As of now I'm really liked this service.

Basically the experience and features are nice but in my view it should be added a function of "down load the reports" in excel format for better understanding of analystics.

Only if we can give a review below 1. We are a startup trying to market our services but their tech doesn't work. They know it and should stop scamming people till they fix their technology. Mails don't delivered half the time. Even if you raise a support request, they can barely fix the problem. If you want to try them get their lowest package and give it a try. We made a mistake and there is no way to get our money back.

This is fraud company . Do not fulfil commitement. After receipt of payment stop the services. Never do any transaction with this co. There is no support of sales.

But it's the worst service and they are sacking the money from us. Kindly Please be aware for this company.

If anybody want to waste mony, then go with them. Not a single mail is getting delivered in inbox, even most of the time mail doesn't even got delivered to spam box also.

Poorest email provider I bought plan for 1 lac email never deliver to customer all mail goes spam never recommended total waste of money worst tool ever .

Better support.. Not bad.. I am satisfied with your service.

One of the poorest service providers of emailers, whenever you send a campaign it will go to spam in Gmail and on official email IDs... It is not delivering.

Never recommend.

Best service compared to other service provider in India.

Worst mail experience. Total waste of money. 3rd class mail servers, your mail will never reach to the customers. Moreover they don't listen to ur problem. Frauds... I have wasted my money, plz u dnt waste it.

I had tried trial version sent close to 50 emails and all of them were my paid corporate email ID's , out of those only 10 got delivered rest I have no clue where they are, customer care says they have reached recipient servers but I do not know why they are not getting delivered if they have already reached server. And also I have few of my gmail accounts in the senders list and they did delivered but to spam directly.

No clue whats so ever. They do have bad ratings all over. But still they publicly claim to be "India's No.1 Email Marketing Service".

I am glad dint buy the plan it was just an trial version. I suggest not to go for it unless you try it once cause reports show mails delivered(all of them) but in reality only 8% of them reached...I do not think they are transparent with customers.

Money lost, they don't give proper reply, they will resolve the ticket raised without solving the spam issue, mail content had no spam words or spammy by any means, all mails go to spam after purchasing.Before purchasing, in trial pack it goes to inbox but then they change the servers to a very low reputation server which is blocked by all the firewalls in the world. They're making money everyday like this. Please don't buy their service. I was in dire need of an email marketing solution and unfortunately I trusted them.
