I ordered 7 plants from this company that presumably offers free postage to anywhere in the world. Nothing happened and after three unanswered emails I made a claim with paypal, the agency through which I payed for the goods. After 2-3 weeks I got a full refund. Still no reaction from the company.
Dont really get why you run a company like that.
