Support non-existent

We have used the service several times and generally been pleased. However, we no longer need the tool and we've tried to cancel our subscription for the last month with no success. Contacting credit card company today.

Avoid at all cost

I originally signed up using facebook log in.

For the past month I haven't been able to log in using facebook. I didn't have an email assigned to my account so without notice, I can't use my account I've been paying for.

First, an error displayed saying the app is not active within Facebook. I confirmed it was in my Facebook Account.

Now it says Facebook says the feature is unavailable for the app.

I contacted support with details saying I don't have an email tied to it right now, and their only response was what was my email for logging in 🙃

A week later, and no response.

I do not recommend. I will be contacting my bank to cancel.
