I purchased a Urn/vault mainley but i exspected a liner inside and was disappointed in the rough finish inside. Outside was nice but I don’t think what I got was worth what I paid .

White 14" Vantage Standard Urn Burial Vault....Met my expectations; even though this vault has clamps; I plan on sealing the vault with a waterproof sealant. I think this vault will withstand the elements (soil, water and weight, etc.) when buried. Customer Service was perfect; took time to answer my questions and very helpful. Highly recommend Mainely Urns.

We made the difficult decision to memorialize the loss of our beloved Pup, Brewster. I was concerned with the amount we were spending and if this was truly going to be a keepsake I would be comfortable having out all the time in our home. The answer is a resounding yes. Thank you for what you provide for families like ours.

In looking at the overall appearance, I noticed the top edge where the top meets the bottom the edge slants down toward the inside of vault, where in my thinking it should slant towards the outside, to possibly keep water from draining into the vault. I don't really know

This company went above and beyond to help me and my mother find the perfect urn for my father. One of the employees (Kevin) even sent us pictures of different urns to see a Live Photo of what the urn would look like. Also (Kevin) had helped us get the perfect engraving for our urn. If needed would for sure recommend this place. Wonderful, caring, companionate company.

I live in Canada and I wanted a military urn for my brother that was in the Armed Forces on the Canadian Submarine HMCS Okanagan. I've just purchased my 3rd engraved urn from Mainely Urns for cats that have past. They now have multiple sizes and even print in color. Always excellent customer service. I get to approve the picture and text before printing.

Best place to deal with at this difficult time. I live in Canada and ordered one for my dog. When I received mine. My dog that sat on top of the urn was broken. I wrote a email to them, they replied the next day. I only expected a replaced dog to put on top of the urn. They send a whole new urn. I’m very happy with this company and we’ll tell my pet friends about them. And when the time comes again , I shall use them again in the future.

Lost my pug of almost 14 years recently. I wanted to memorialize him so off to the internet I went for ideas. Could have settled for a cheaper Amazon stone but found this company and immediately the others didn’t compare. Customer service is fast and top notch. The stone and engraving is very high quality. Shipping was fast and secure. I am more than pleased with my purchase and I will def come back to them in the future.
