I ordered an urn for my beloved pet and it came damaged. I sent photos and immediately this company responded to make a replacement urn and have it sent. I haven’t received my replacement yet but the customer service is excellent. If the 1st urn had not been damaged, it was beautiful and just what I ordered.

I am impressed with the service provided and the quality of the urn we ordered.
A representative contacted me via email within 24 hours of the order and a proof of the inscription was sent within three days. The urn was delivered within a week. When it is time to order another urn, my choice will be Mainely Urns.

The design team gave you proofs to correct if needed and the customer service was outstanding. This was the easiest part of dealing with the recent death of my mom. You won’t be disappointed

The employees at Mainely Urns were very compassionate and attentive to my requests. They answered each of my emails very quickly and revised any changes I made. This is the second time I used them, and I am very happy with their customer service as well as their product!

They were AMAZING I ordered on a Wednesday and needed by That Monday which was a holiday and our urn was customized. But with express shipping they were able to make sure it was received that Friday! They even called and specifically spoke wit us to confirm. I would refer them to anyone!!!

This was a little different then your normal death. My dog had been dead for 20 years. I could not find a suitable urn. My daughters dog was in an accident and died. She found the company and ordered one. I was most pleased with the product and ordered one for my Oreo.

This is the second time I've needed to purchase an urn for one of my pets. I can't express enough positive words about the quality of these pieces. If you are looking for a forever memorial for your fur baby this is the place to go.

They are also shipped extremely carefully in order to ensure that the granite does not chip during shipping.

I hope I do not need their services any time soon (as losing 2 pets in 1 year is hard on my soul) but if I do I will absolutely use this retailer again.

I am so glad I found Mainely Urns on the internet. The urn is gorgeous and the velvet cremation ash bags are beautiful. Their attention to detail and customer service is fantastic.

After receiving an email with a "proof" of the engraving requested I sent an email with some questions about the font I had selected. I quickly received a response from Customer Service acknowledging my question and offering to provide a new "proof" using a different font. Within a day I received the new "proof" with the different font. I then received the beautifully engraved urn a few days after approving the "proof" with the new font.

Losing a long time beloved pet is hard. Mainely Urns made the process of choosing a beautiful way to honor and remember him easy and less stressful. A+++++++

During this difficult time, Mainely Urns has been a Godsend! The quality, customer service, sincerity, and reliability has allowed me to complete these difficult tasks with relatively little effort and at a reasonable rate. I had even made a significant error on etched marble and they were able to offer up a perfect, time efficient, beautiful low cost solution in rapid time.
