1. “In 2026 nobody checks emails” is not true. Email remains a standard and widely used channel for online order confirmations, tracking links, carrier updates, and pickup instructions. This is why email is our primary notification channel and why customers confirm this at checkout.
2. Our system is not “dumb.” We provide the required delivery information clearly and in full, including the tracking details and status updates.
According to the shipment status, your parcel was held for collection from Tuesday, 30 December 2025 until 15 January 2026. It was not collected during the carrier’s pickup window and was therefore returned. The cost you mention is not a “loss” caused by our process — it is the carrier return shipping cost of €22.99 resulting from an uncollected parcel.
Collecting the parcel within the pickup window is the recipient’s responsibility. If a customer accepts the checkout terms and then ignores the order messages and carrier updates, the consequences (including return shipping costs) cannot be transferred to the store.
For other customers: if you do not accept these conditions or do not monitor your messages, please do not place an order. Ignoring notifications after accepting the terms is the customer’s responsibility.

I got the extra money back but wonder if this could be solved in the eshop during the purchasing process? But over all I am very grateful that I have been able to purchase a medicine which is not available in my country. Thanks!

Dishonest, rude, shady, untrustworthy business with abusive, greedy, ridiculous policies/practices
Seemingly-fake reviews (virtually no negative ones and as soon as I posted mine it was censored, supporting my suspicion). Charges €15 for <€100 orders and €20 for €100-€200 (?!).
Update (01/08/2026): They censored my review by demanding a non-existent reference number and my full name and number.
Update (01/09/2026): Trustpilot confirmed my review is genuine/legit/valid and restored it.
Update (01/10/2026): They replied insulting me, confirming my suspicion they're a dishonest, untrustworthy business.
Update (01/16/2026): Trustpilot removed their (original) reply for "hate speech or discrimination".
