Excellent service from start to finish. Tyler and the team painted my property to a very high standard, with great attention to detail. They were professional, tidy, and kept me updated throughout the job. The finish looks fantastic and has completely refreshed the space. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use them again in future.
We would give 0 stars if possible. Tyler initially came on time, explained the job, and gained our trust with his advice. Unfortunately, once we paid him £1,000 to relevel a small patio, he never returned to finish the work.
Despite repeated calls and messages, he continually made excuses for not showing up. This went on for weeks, leaving us completely stuck. Ultimately, we had to hire another professional to complete the job—losing both time and money in the process.
His lack of honesty, professionalism, and accountability is unacceptable. We are pursuing legal action to recover part of the payment or have the job completed. Prospects should be fully aware: do not trust this individual, or you risk being left in the same situation.
I highly recommend Tyler and his team. From start to finish their service was exceptional; their communication. Clear, friendly and professional. My front garden is now totally transformed. The job was completed on time, within budget and to a high standard. I will not hesitate to call them again for future jobs. Thank you Tyler and team.
