I don't understand the bad reviews. I ordered a couple of times from them and never had any issues. The perfumes arrived normally in a couple of days

The worse customer service in the world brought a bottle of there new thriller and the bottle came with a broken atomiser don’t even spray sent 6/7 emails got one reply to send back but with no address and ain’t had any response since… stay well away

Terrible service, very disappointed. Never again, I highly do not recommend it.

Order was placed 10 days ago and was never shipped.

I purchased from these guys as they say free samples with this purchase….they must be invisible then. I see they are still advertising this on the website so they can’t have run out. Pfff disappointing. My purchase did arrive though in decent time.

This has got to be a scam business cause there's no way it is legitimate! You pay online and you don't get delivery of your items, customer service non-existent. I think they just send products to influencers to lure unsuspecting individuals and steal their money. I have reported to the Dubai government complaints service, let's see how that plays out. In the meantime, DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THEM.

Never used before, never will again, clearly scammers I guess. I tried to cancel order from BH Monday as they never responded to my emails on Friday. Taken out a resolution with PayPal. Please avoid and always check Trustpilot before using someone new. I didn’t check these out beforehand which is why I’m now here moaning😡😡

Same experience as others, Royal Mail couldn’t deliver my parcel as maison asrar messed up the delivery address. I have emailed countless times with no response. I have now opened a case with my bank account, avoid this website

I really regret ordering from Maison Asrar UK. I gave them the correct name and address, but they still sent my parcel with the wrong name.

DPD couldn’t deliver it, and when I asked Maison Asrar for help (as only the sender can request redirection), they simply said “We did what we can” and refused to take responsibility.

I’ve seen other people complain about the same problem. It seems like once they get your money, they stop caring.

I won’t order again — and I’d advise others to be very careful. If something goes wrong, you’re on your own

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Only answered that they somehow weren't able to comply with my wish to cancel the order. Then they wouldn't answer any questions about how to go about a return or anything about what to do. I do not recommend. Terrible behavior for a business. They probably thought I wouldn't complain because they didn't have a trustpilot but, I'm leaving a review on every platform I can think of.
