The worst people to attempt to deal with they lie they don’t respond to calls they treat customers with contempt once they have their money.
They should be shut down and prosecuted immediately.
I sincerely hope they get everything they deserve.

Jacket nothing like pic, customer service non existent, over a month waiting for refund and still not got.. do not use

Only order from this company if you are prepared to wait months for delivery and radio silence when you try and contact them. I followed their own returns policy form nearly month a go an still no response.

Jacket returned to CHINA as requested. No refund of money.

I ordered a green field jacket, but I got sent a piece of metal, looks like a part of some sort. After my first email they asked for pictures, but now, three weeks later, they are not responding. They don’t have a phone number, so I think they are scam artists. Not happy.

I believe this company should be stopped immediately. I also ordered for a Brunetti - Lightweight Twill Jacket × 1 Black / L (#1760), only to get a size meant for a 10-year old. I have been emailing them to at least send a return address so that I can exchange it for my own size, but they have refused to respond. Surprisingly, they were immediately offering me a 15% money return, even after telling them that all I want is an exchange for the misleading size.

A complete scam!! Don’t even look twice!! I ordered a so called field jacket is was so badly made I wouldn’t wear for gardening !

I ordered a field jacket and a hat after following their ad on Facebook. The jacket is the wrong colour, the material is flimsy, and the stitching is awful. Their ad totally misrepresents what the actual goods are like. Plus, the hat wasn't in the order. But, if it's anything like the jacket, it'll be crap anyway.
Wish I'd read the TrustPilot reviews first. I'm letting FB know.

I looked at the nice Brunetti lightweight twill jacket, and I will order this. Then, I received a new jacket, but it was the wrong size, just a small M. I tried to email the Brunetti Maison company, but they didn't reply. I believe it's a scam.

i wish i had read the reviews but didnt i recieved my jacket yesterday and it was terrible far too small ,poor quality ,and customer service is non existant i have tried to contact them i have sent 7 emails without reply i wouldnt even give them 1 star on trustpilot this was a present for my son but thers no way i could give him thisa horrible item

Ordered a jacket. Arrived 10 days later. Jacket I received is shockingly poor & in no way resembles the jacket advertised on their website. Asked to return it. They state the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs - back to Asia. This company is a SCAM. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

There online sizes are completely inaccurate and don’t respond to customer service requests. Avoid at all cost
