Terrrible. Farcical.
I can’t explain how mad and argry I am reading these reviews after months of trying to chase the company up. I hot one email saying it was an automated message. This is illegal

Scammed me. I ordered something in May and never got it. They stopped replying after the second email and refused to give a refund.
I waited patiently hoping they were being honest when they said their shipments were delayed due to corona.. but then they began to ignore my emails. I contacted my bank and had the company flagged for fraud and my money refunded.

Ordered phone cover and after numerous emails with no reply i am guessing it won't be arriving after seeing the reviews lately.

Mobile phone case ordered, completely wrong one received. Received email response from Mary to say they would look into it but despite a number of chases not heard anything since. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Same as every other review on here! I ordered two bags back in June still haven’t received them asked for a refund no reply I’ve sent them 10-15 emails unbelievable no reply. DO NOT buy bags from here it must surely be a scam

Absolutely awful.Payed over £20 for Gucci phone case a few weeks ago heard nothing.No number just messaging service which I have tried several times but have never got a reply.Total Scam how can they get away with this.Don’t order anything they just take your money.Luckily have never had this terrible experience before I should have read the reviews on this farce of a company.

I ordered a phone case back on 6th May. Got an email saying delayed due to COVID-19, then nothing. Have sent numerous emails to the so called customer service (Mary) and still no goods and no reply. Thank goodness it was only a £12.99 phone case. They are a complete SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! I have checked Companies House and there is no record of them and no details of them trading under a different name on their website. I have just reported to Trading Standards, I recommend everyone else does too. A company should not be allowed to just take your money for no goods!!!

Do not order from them! I ordered a bag 5 months ago and it hasn’t come. I have tried to get in touch with them multiple times and they have not replied. Please don’t make the same mistake i did!

Same story as everyone else has experienced. Ordered a bag in June and it still hasn't arrived despite repeated emails and the same response from 'Mary'.

SCAM. I payed £35 for a bag back in April, it is now August and I haven't received anything. I have emailed them several times and they kept saying they were out of stock and would send it to me once it was back in. I have sent more emails since then and I have been ignored. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

Should’ve read the reviews before ordering. Not only did I order a phone case that can be bought 1/3 elsewhere, I placed the order back in April.

It is now August and I’ve received nothing, only an email back in May saying the delivery was delayed. I’ve sent two more emails but no reply. Luckily the item wasn’t worth much but I can’t imagine how angry I’d be if I ordered a suitcase or something expensive.

I have ordered off this company and like all the other review it is a scam . I am disgusted that it is a con . I am trying to find a way that can get our money back ?? Anybody out there have any ideas how we can go about this ??

I wish I read these reviews before I ordered here. I bought a phone case 3 months ago and 1 email from customer service telling me shipping was slow because the phone cases are specially made. I've emailed 3 more times since and I'm so annoyed!!!! Definitely do not order from this horrid company. It's definitely a scam

I wish I could give no stars. I have been waiting for my bag for 2 months, I have sent 5 emails and have heard nothing. Absolutely horrible customer service, all I want now is a refund and I can't even get that! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Completely agree with previous reviews I’m still waiting for my product and it’s been a month no reply to my email nothing. Anyone knows how to get my money back???

Like the many other reviews on here - avoid this website.
I ordered my item months ago, still no sign of it and by the looks of the reviews if you do finally receive the items, they are cheap and tacky and not worth what you paid!

If there was zero stars I would put a zero. Taken the money not sent out thr phone case. Fraudsters. STAY AWAY
