Nightmare customer experience
I recently ordered a dress for my graduation and had a very disappointing experience with this company. After placing and paying for my order I didn’t receive any updates or tracking information for three days so I had to reach out to them myself. Only after I contacted them did they inform me that the dress was actually out of stock despite the fact that their website still showed multiple items available at the time of my purchase and even afterwards. This is extremely misleading. What made the situation worse is that they were unable to provide any timeframe for when the dress would be restocked or my dress potentially delivered even though I had already paid in full. Overall the lack of communication, inaccurate stock information and uncertainty around fulfilment made this a very frustrating experience especially as this was for an important event. I would not recommend ordering from them unless you’re prepared for potential delays, unclear information and the fact that it’s probably a scam website as I’ve seen these exact dresses which they are offering for a fraction of the price on reputable websites such as Oh Polly and Babyboo. Extremely upset and disappointed and considering disputing with my bank as I’m being offered hush money for a bad customer experience. Seriously I hope someone learns from my mistake and definitely search them up on social media before making a purchase as they have no content whatsoever which is weird for companies these days.
