Found this company to be excellent - timely deliveries, super packaging and products, good communication, overall seamless. Highly recommend.

I love the piece of furniture that I bought! The company had a great follow up through the process to make sure it was delivered on time.

I had questions about a couch and customer service responded right away. The price was very reasonable and when the couch arrived it was more beautiful than I expected. The delivery was fast. then customer service followed up right away to make sure that I was happy.

The staff at Maison en Vogue were very helpful with information on the lovely green Polly sofa before I decided it was the perfect one for our shepherds hut. It is very sturdy and well made, the fabric is lovely and the colour is great, it fits in a treat. It was also so well packed for its journey from France.

The tableware is excellent, I really like it!
Four stars because of the long delivery time of more than 3 weeks and lack of communication after the parcel got stuck somewhere on the way.

I ordered on the maison du monde website, the product left the next day via colissimo, and I received it as indicated 48 hours later. the packaging was neat and the chair assembled. it conforms to the description and is of very good quality. I had to contact maison en vogue because with the strike the post office tracking had been blocked. I received a reply very quickly from customer service. I am delighted

I bought a stoneware stool and a counter stool. Unfortunately, one of the plastic foot plugs on the stool broke so as a long shot I emailed maisonenvogue.com. Maria replied and over the last few months has constantly chased the supplier on my behalf keeping me informed throughout. I've just received the foot plugs for the stool today and I'd like to say a huge thankyou for Maria's help and tenacity at getting the footplugs from their suppliers. Amazing service.
