I placed an order and paid for it in full months ago, but I still haven't received anything. It is incredibly frustrating to wait this long only to get empty promises instead of the product. I am extremely disappointed and have finally requested a refund. Save your time and money! I do not recommend ordering from them.

I placed an order January 19, 2026 and I’ve not gotten my order as of April 1, 2026. Emailed several times and I keep getting same automated emails and when I threatened to file a complaint in early March 2026, I was promised a refund in 5 days but none came and no more real responses but same bot generated response. This is a scam.
This is the worst scam on line. Customer service is automated so you get no response. Never got my order and never got a refund.
Had the exact same experience with promises to ship and emails that all were false.
Scammer company. Do not buy from them. Never sent anything, never replied until I said I'd stop my credit card charge. Then replied immediately and promised a refund which also never came.
I finally had to go ahead and stop the credit card charge, which then had them emailing me to please cancel the dispute, claiming incorrectly it would save me fees and a long delay in getting a refund from the credit card company.
They even said they had refunded me already and please cancel it. Of course, they had not. No croissants, just a big hassle. Completely a scam.
Ordered frozen croissants from France from ad on Facebook 2/14/26. Shipping was promised within 10 days. Today is 3/18/26. No further communication. Beware.
