No reaction and no way to initiate a return/refund
I placed an order online for the product "Sebal Basket - Mand met deksel, katoen, beige, set van 2". When I received it, one of the deksels was missing. I used the contact form in the Maison Living website, I sent additional email, I used the AI chatbot on their webpage too and even tried to call them, but nothing works and nobody is reverting back to me (the telephone number on their "Refund Policy" page is 020 1234567 which is iffy and of course doesn't work). The "Start Return" page in their website does not work either. Basically I am stuck with a product which has missing parts, Maison Living is not reacting and I cannot even send it back to get a refund.
