Bad bad webshop. cheating and lying…

My husband ordered robot vacuum cleaner with docking station. Arrived broken, smaller dan details on website and no docking station. Sent return to China cause i want money back. It coated 70 euro. It never arrived at factory . Sent many emails and sand answer. When we receive it you get refund. You guessed right. It never happened and my email also.bounced now back..Surprise the broken robot vacuum arrived back at my home address yesterday . Total scam the whole webshop😱

This place is a scam

This place is a scam. Do not order!
I received a light which was badly damaged. I asked for a refund, they sent a new light, also totally damaged.
Now I asked for a refund. No answer, after several attempts and now my e-mail is getting bounced back because the email address does not exist.
Avoid!

Fraud / Scam

Fraud / Scam - stay away!
This business is a scam. Do not be fooled by the nice looking website. I do not know how much longer this fraudulent business will be allowed to operate including by ShopPay / Shopify.
Zero communication with this company. Email does answer and of course telephone does not answer. Products drop shipped directly from China.
