I also wish I had read the reviews about this company. I ordered luggage tags in August last and they have still not been delivered. Scam. Amazon they should be removed.

Wish I had read reviews here first but didn’t and ordered 2 luggage tags as Christmas presents. They of course never arrived. I contacted the seller via Amazon who replied they had recorded them as delivered the day before. Luckily Amazon refunded me after 48 hours. These scammers should be taken off Amazons site.

Received personalised suitcase tags. Excellent quality. Packaging great. Good value price.

I have repeatedly emailed and messaged this company as I never received my phone case. They have just ignored me. Do not buy from this company. SCAM

Do not buy from here. This is a scam. I ordered 2 x iPhone cases in November and won a free luggage tag. They shipped the luggage tag which had a tracking number but the iPhone cases never arrived and they did not provide a tracking number. I disputed with my bank and they still had the audacity to contest when they just provided evidence of them not having shipped the products. Also the owner’s name is Jack and he left a 5 star review below. DON’T BUY HERE!

I recently ordered from this site. The website says it will be dispatched in 48 hours, I hadn’t received my item almost 2 weeks later. I then read reviews here and panicked thinking it was a scam site.
I contacted them and they confirmed my item had been dispatched. I was sceptical after reading reviews here, but it did then arrive 2 days later. My order was placed in the run up to Christmas so I think the delay was due to it being a busy period. I am actually really happy with the item now it’s here, only drop in stars is because of timeline

I was super impressed! Really incredible quality items with luxury packaging, crisp personalisation and made a perfect touch to our wedding.

Each piece was also individually packaged (we ordered 30 luggage tags and passport cases as wedding gifts) which was also a big plus!

Certainly recommended and we will be returning for more gifts for birthdays

DONT order from here, never received my order, I don’t think it’s a real company and it’s definitely a scam as no one else seems to have got their orders and the customer service responses are unprofessional.

Going to try and dispute the charge with me bank but just do not bother.

Just report this company and the ads for it to Google.

Consistent with most other customer reviews - I ordered a product which never came. Emails unanswered. It's obviously a scam - I can't believe they're still trading. Avoid.

PRODUCT NEVER Arrived!!

Have paid for my product and not got any response to when I should expect it after waiting one month.

Ordered an item which never arrived, asked to cancel they then falsely said it had been dispatched then days later cancelled the order. Scam company don't waste your money.

AVOID you pay and NEVER receive goods. Business payment is an old empty warehouse!

Absolute scam. I received my luggage tag….after a couple of weeks. With wrong personalisation. I’ve reached out a fair few times and heard NOTHING back not a peep. STAY AWAY or you’ll loose your money.

Absolutely love my luggage tags! Purchased for myself and my wife for our honeymoon this summer and we were both really pleased / impressed with the quality of our pieces. I reached out to customer service and asked if they could get them to me in time and they were incredibly helpful.

Arrived in less than a week and were beautifully packed which again for the price point was a unnecessary but nice touch.

Highly reccommended.

Haven’t been able to receive a tracking number at all. They don’t have any options for refunds either.
Do not buy from them. Someone needs to take their site down!

Scam! Avoid like the plague.

I ordered products over two weeks ago. Money has been taken from my bank account, but my items have not yet been despatched or delivered. As their website advertises despatch within 48 hours, I emailed their customer services as they have no contact number. I received a response to say they'd chase the courier, which is nonsensical, given that my item hasn't yet been despatched! I emailed again as I received no update, demanding a refund and cancellation and have not heard anything since.

I'm now seeking legal advice. Do not fall for their professional looking website-it's a scam.

Fake website!!! Do not order from here, you will never receive your product. If you look closely at their reviews on the website you will see a lot of them are duplicated with different names, giving the impression of good reviews. I have tried to complain to customer service but received one strange email back and no follow up. There is no telephone number or contact address other than a home address. They also have no social media accounts. Save your money and buy from literally anywhere else.
