Growing up, our founder watched her mum do the same ritual every Sunday, It was a moment of care passed down through generations of Moroccan women, and it left her skin soft, smooth and glowing. Maison Zahra was created to share that ritual with you, made simply and honestly, the way it has always been done. Every product we make comes from Morocco. Our argan oil, our hero ingredient, is made by women's cooperatives, supporting the women who have kept these traditions alive for centuries. We are a small, independent, founder-led brand, and every review matters to us. We read each one and use your feedback to keep improving our products and service. My fav skincare
I’ve tried the Mini Hammam Kit with the black soap and Kessa glove, and I really loved it! I liked it so much that I decided to order the full kit. There was a little miscommunication with the contact and shipping, but the customer service was really kind and helpful. They clearly care about their customers, and I can’t wait to try more of their products!

If you’re having issues with your…
If you’re having issues with your order, I would recommend to try emailing them directly as they have resolved my issue in the end.
My original order had a couple issues with the delivery. However it does seem that they’ve been unfortunately experiencing some delays.
After contacting them and explaining everything, they acknowledged the mistake, apologised and offered to honour a replacement. So although my experience wasnt ideal they have now addressed the issues and been helpful in resolving them!
I would just advise contacting them directly if you’re having problems rather than giving up, as they have been willing to listen and put things right. ♥️
