Not quite the excellent quality I expected
The Maium raincoats are not quite the quality you’d expect for this high end price. Yes the model is cool, goodlooking, has funky patterns and the coat is nice and long and keeps your knees/pants dry while walking & biking. It doesn’t however go completely over the handle bars. I believe the waterproof quality is good. I just hope the taped seems hold. The elastic at the sleeve got lost within weeks. The replacement jacket took a few weeks to get sorted and get send. Customer service is slow. They don’t pick up the phone and it takes them days to reply to emails. The details of the elastics in the sleeves of the new jacket are not great, I now know why I lost the first one. I’ll have to fix it myself at home. It looks great but still leaves me a little disappointed due to the price/quality level.

There is no way to return an item
There is no way to return an item. Their online form is bugged, and they do not seem to answer emails. They have an answering machine if you try to call them. Not serious.

Fantastic coats and gloves
Fantastic coats and gloves, the coat fits over my e-bike as advertised and is fully waterproof whilst lightweight (unlike some companies that advertise "waterproof" clothing when it clearly isn't)
