Scam. Don’t order from this company! I ordered a pair of trousers and they look nothing like the description and they Donny reply to emails asking to process the return. Money down the drain.

Absolutely dreadful experience with this company; received my bag and it had a really nasty smell. Returned it, emailed proof of return and receipt by their agent but despite sending multiple emails still not received a refund. They don't respond, absolutely disgraceful. Beware before purchasing!!

Scam scam scam! Beware! I ordered a $100 bag over one month later I haven’t received it. They dont respond to my emails. Such BS! How do companies like this exist! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!

Initially my order numbers had identical tracking numbers that were invalid and I feared not receiving my bags.
I emailed customer services and Lucy apologised and updated these accordingly. My bags have arrived and they are quite beautiful.

Not without kinks but I will always support a business that can right wrongs very quickly.

Great experience all in all.

I bought a pear of earrings for £28 and apart from the fact that they look as cheap as can be one of them is faulty with a broken part. Do not buy from this company. It is a scam!

A complete scam. My husband ordered here and got a confirmaition email, but no tracking. It’s been almost 2 weeks and zero updates whatsoever.

I encountered problems with my order from this company, but Lucy surpasses expectations in addressing customer concerns. Her company provides excellent products and service. I highly recommend making purchases from her – she's truly remarkable!

I’m so happy i found this brand. My friends think i spent at least a couple hundred bucks on my bags!! If you want expensive bags but cant afford them then this is the best place for you. Trust me you wont regret it!!!
