A GOD-SEND - I am 60 and suffer with chronic illness and pain so can-not deep clean my apartment so when it becomes insalubrious I need to book a one-off deep clean. I had a two week wait for an appointment with my usual Cleaner as they were so busy and I got desperate so went to Check-a-trade to find a reputable cleaning company for a one-off deep clean. I was blessed to get a reply from Funmi of Majestic Cedar, a cleaning company registered with Check-a-trade. She sent me a reply immediately and offered me exactly what I wanted the very next day; I could not believe the speed and professionalism and jumped to reply immediately to secure that appointment. After that, Funmi kept in touch with me constantly through the Check-a-trade app sending me all the information regarding the clean that I could possibly want or need; I did not have to ask for one thing! Her exceptional and meticulous attention to detail when supplying me with all the information and procedure to secure my cleaning slot and the payment terms was superlative and I have never experienced this stellar level of efficiency and proficiency before and it did not end there as the lovely Lady who was to clean for me, Eva, arrived exactly on-time and was polite and listened to me explaining what I needed. She got to work immediately and the three hour clean seemed to fly by and after I was flabbergasted by how beautifully Eva had cleaned every 'nook and cranny' of my apartment it really gleamed and I was delighted and asked if Eva would please come back next time I need a deep clean she did it perfectly 'and then some'. I am a Pensioner on disability benefit and on a very tight budget and have to be strict with my money to afford what I need as an ill, vulnerable person so I save up for the clean and I could afford the cost so it was reasonable and fair and I will definitely be using Majestic Cedar from now on and highly recommend it if you want perfection in the service and the Cleaner this is where you will get it like I did. I am now glad I had to wait so long for an appointment other-wise I would never have found them.
