You guys just ignored all my emails. I sent 6 asking for help or corrections then I asked to cancel the order and nothing.

Stop spamming email.

I ordered a custom poster in mid october. The PDF in the confirmation email had issues, so I put the order on hold and emailed back with corrections, just like the instructions said to. Over the past few months, I have sent 6 emails to 3 different addresses with not a single reply or indication that Majorfeat is working on my order. I really want the product, so I'm hoping that this review will get somebody's attention, but if not, I'm going to go through my credit card company to get my money back.

I placed an offer Nov 28, 2025 and paid in full. I received an email confirmation and order #MF5903644116 and estimated delivery date of Dec 1-3.
Since then, no replies to emails and no product or updates.

Tristan was quick to respond when I had a concern regarding the rendering of my order. He resolved the issue within a day. I emailed majorfeat on Saturday and the issue was resolved by Sunday. I received my order within a few days. I have ordered from other printing services before but none have been as fast as majorfeat.

If I could give Tristan more than 5 stars I would.
I was trying to use an insane number of GPX files to make a map as a present for my boyfriend's birthday, and when I broke the uploaded Tristan stepped in and helped me, uploading all my files himself and creating the map I wanted so that I could proceed to the checkout! He was so helpful, the map looks incredible and was so speedy to arrive once I ordered it. Will be recommending to all of our Strava-using friends as a wonderfully-thoughtful gift with excellent service- thank you Tristan for your help and dedication to the gift!

Had some mistakes in my final poster layout, but customer support corrected them for me quickly. Perfect

The quality of the poster is very nice but I feel like the colors turned out different in person. The line for the trail is much thicker than it appeared to be online, and the shades of brown do not look as good in person as they did online.

I have never used a service like this before. I stumbled across it by pure accident. I am so happy that I did.

When I initially created my poster I was happy with how things looked. Then I got an email from someone from MajorFeat, a person named Tristan. Tristan was asking if I was happy with the poster I designed before they submitted it for printing.

Then I had a second look at figured there were some things I would have liked to change. 23 emails later back and forth with Tristan we finally ended up on the perfect design. I can’t find the right words to describe how amazing Tristan was. How they helped suggest changes and offered ideas and the pure patience they had. I have never in my life experienced such amazing customer service. Tristan helped my turn data from a gps file from a hike my girlfriend and I had that was special to us. A hike they we got lost on and ended up making our own path through pickers and 2 creeks. Tristan helped differentiate our parts of walking in circles and creating our own path. I have something truly special to give my girlfriend because of Tristan.

I told Tristan after our back and forth I would like the email of their boss so I could tell them how wonderful they were. I found out that Tristan is the person that runs this company . So it is my hope that writing this review will help more people decide to trust Tristan. To trust that Tristan will help turn a special moment others had into special art.

The templates and everything is great, lots of room to modify everything so that’s amazing! A bit disappointed by the frame, which has a plastic glass instead of real quality glass. Overall really satisfied, arrived really fast (Canada).
