The worst purchase experience of my life
Bought earrings supposedly made of silver and gold. They tarnished in less than two months. Received another pair after a very complicated process (initially they refused to pay for the shipping costs, even though the product was faulty) that tarnished in just two weeks without use as well. I've been fighting for my rights as a european customer to return and get a refund for a faulty product for free since June and finally got my payment back through PayPal (so lost a 10 euros payment fee...). Their customer service is basically impossible to deal with and the whole process took at least 50 emails, a complaint to european and local customer rights centre (with whom Majorica didn't co-operate) and several threats of proceeding to the european small claims procedure before they decided to comply with the european law. Negotiating with them felt like talking to toddlers. Sad to say; stay very, very far away from this company and don't make the mistake of buying jewellery from them.
