Worst Customer Service

Customer service takes ages to answer and they are zero prepared. I had several issues since I’m a client and every time they seems to don’t know what they are talking about like they don’t understand what I’m asking cause it probably doesn’t shows up on their AI manual and they are not able to use their own logic to solved anything to the point that I always had to leave the conversations pretty upset and with a “Whatever”
