iPhone 15 .. from India
Ordered an iPhone 15 and received a box indicating it was from India. The seal also wasn’t as it should be for a UK spec box. Ongoing issue - hopefully they can make good with the return. Seller has given me RMA but refusing to pay for return postage. I sent it back by Royal Mail special delivery and they took a picture of how the package was left on site. Merchant NEVER responded or refunded. Fortunately Amex helped and reversed the charge.

I ordered an iPad and it came so quickly and in perfect packaging still sealed I'm yet to open it as its a Christmas present but so far so good 🤞 only thing bad I can say Is I didn't have to sign for it and it was left out side (luckily I live in a quite safe area)
