I had the privilege of attending the SAFe Agile Product Management training (Version 6), facilitated by the Agile and Transformation Coach, Saleem Riaz. As a participant, I found the entire experience highly enriching and educational, thanks to Saleem's exceptional command of the content and his ability to translate complex concepts into real-world applications.

I had the first-hands experience of the 2 days SAFe DevOps training conducted from "FEB 02-03, 2023: SAFe DevOps Version 5.1.1" by the Agile and DevOps Transformation Coach, Saleem Riaz. He demonstrated the command of the content and shared real-examples of the multiple tools used in the marketplace for continuous exploration, integration, and deployment, and release value to end users on demand. He engaged all the course participants, co-related the DevOps with Enterprise Architecture, and patiently addressed all their questions as well as facilitated the DevOps Assessment using the DevOps Health Radar in an effective and efficient manner.

Saleem Riaz teaches a variety of SAFe Courses including, but not limited to, SAFe LPM, SAFe APM, SAFe DevOps (SDP) and SAFe for Architects (ARCH).

It was a great experience, and specially the indepth knowledge and experience that Saleem has to offer is simply unmatchable. Entire journey from course selection, class participation till the actual exam was outstanding.

Saleem was a great teacher who obviously really knew what he was talking about and could point to real world examples to help answer many of the questions we threw his way. He kept the course flowing well and easy to focus my attention on the material and learn enough that I was able to take the certification exam immediately following the course and pass.

This was my first SAFe course which was delivered online. The instructor facilitated the course very well and kept within the timelines designated for each section with timely breaks.
- He was able to describe the slides clearly and draw from his experience and knowledge giving relevant examples of scenarios.
- He kept us all engaged and frequently asked if we understood or had any questions before moving on.
- To satisfy some of the classmates who were unfamiliar with the Scrum framework, he took some additional time to review the roles, responsibilities, and practices to lend better visibility into the Scaled Scrum framework we were learning.
- In general, the course delivery was excellent as I enjoyed learning the content, but more importantly appreciated the instructor's ability to keep us engaged with his clear delivery of the course.
- With one week of review and preparation I passed the associated SSM certification exam and was grateful I had chosen his class.

The SAFe Scrum course let by Saleem Riaz was a fantastic use of time. Saleem was professional, courteous, and fun. We covered a lot of course material in the two day class, but at no point did I feel overwhelmed with too much information. Saleem took the time to tie the lessons back to realistic scenarios. He is a gem. I look forward to my next class with Saleem.

I was very happy with my experience taking the SAFe 5.1.1 Scrum Master course. Saleem was very informative and I learned a lot. His real life experience helped put all of the material into perspective. He was timely and went at our pace. If you had questions, he was more than happy to elaborate and explain so that we understood. I would definitely recommend taking a course where Saleem is the instructor.

I recently took the Scrum Masters course with Saleem and I cannot recommend it enough. Initially, I was skeptical about an online course, but he did a great job of keeping us all engaged.
Instead of just lecturing, he made sure that we were all participating and were actually understanding the concepts. I greatly appreciated the real-life examples he used to explain difficult concepts. Sometimes it is hard to imagine a concept in practice, but he made sure that we were all well aware of the practical aspect of it. He has a wealth of knowledge and was able to provide constructive feedback to all of our questions. He was also very enthusiastic about the subject matter and did not rush us into finishing. He took the time to answer everyone's questions and did a deep-dive whenever it was needed.
By attending this course and a little independent study, I was able to pass the certification as well. So if you are on the fence about enrolling, I urge you to take the next step! :)
