Skeptical to start....
We had recently been scammed by a company that looked legit when we were trying to purchase some obsolete modems. I spoke with Carl and checked out their website and found it had only been in operation for a few months, so i became skeptical about this company. I needed the parts and after a few discussions with Carl i put in a small order. Well after that everything was excellent, Carl followed up regularly i got calls to let me know it was on its way, once i got the parts a call to check i was happy. I than placed a larger order and the same great service. i definitely will buy from Maketronics again. Carl's service is amazing.
