Pros: Customer service did rectify the issue of not being able to pay due to system not accepting P. O. Box within 24 hours and emailed me where to pay rather me starting all over on website. Once I opened the package, I am happy to report that the shirt looks just as advertised and looks beautiful. I am definitely going to buy another in the future probably in red.
Cons: Website looks like a different language, had to get assistance to send post office box and could not pay unless I changed address, and it took almost fifteen days to get to Hawaii but I had a survey almost the week before item was received. I get a lot of things shipped all over the world especially from my home state of Florida so I have to assume that something went awry.

Shirt quality was poor and the design is rubbery iron-on type. Frustratingly, this is going straight to the Goodwill bin.

Sorry you were not happy with the print, The graphic on both the front and back that you uploaded was a large box so the print is solid. Anyone printing that would have the same results. The print is actually a water-base eco friendly digital print, not an iron on decal.
