We do aim to be as transparent as possible with candle sizes and we list the size dimensions of our candles on each of our products listings. We also have an image of the wedding day candle being lit so that you can see the size of the candle before purchasing.
We’re a little unsure what you are referring to with regards to the candle box and your point about it being a plain cardboard box. Our candle boxes are printed on the exterior in a soft blush shade with rose gold foil printing and messaging. The interior of the box is also printed with our logo and a sentimental message on the inside of the lid (as shown on the product listing), which collectively give the box a more premium feel than standard ink printed boxes found on the high street.
We hope the recipient of the wedding day candle enjoyed it and allowed them to mark their sentimental moment.
