It’s a scam !!
Do not order anything with this company , I placed an order beginning of December last year and still haven’t received it, they won’t refund my money , hardly Reply my emails , just once saying it’s been shipped !!!!
They will steal from you !!

I ordered in January for Valentine’s. It’s March, and I still have not gotten a thing. DON’T order thinking that it won’t happen to you.

I ordered two items for a gift. The delay in shipping the items was over a week, I had to contact the company to make sure the items were being shipped so they’d arrive before the holiday they were purchased for. By the time I received the package, it was missing half my order. I reach out again to the company and demanded a refund for items not received. The company only offered me a 10% gift card and said the item would be shipped. Almost three weeks later, I reach out to them again and ask where my item is- the reply is exactly the same copy paste apology I received the first two times. It’s been another two weeks after this conversation and I still have yet to receive the item. Shop elsewhere.

I ordered a month ago, the website said 5-7 days, and here it is March and it’s still “in the process” of being shipped! I asked for a refund or partial refund and they refused. Both times.

I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering!! Fraud Company for sure.

I have mixed feelings about my order. I bought pajamas with my dogs face on them to wear for a pajama party. The site said 5 to 8 days to print - which seemed fine because I ordered 3 weeks early. Except they didn't come in time - they actually took 6 weeks.

I just got them and the pic of my dog is great but the quality of the pajamas is super cheap. Crooked stitching, strings coming apart, and the material is super thin and 95% polyester. The fit is kind of odd too but similar to other clothing items made in China - if in doubt order a size up.

Two stars because they do make me smile but they are misleading about the ship times, their customer service is to this random gmail account, and the quality is really poor for the $100 cost.

Seems like a great business idea for someone else to figure out how to do more professionally!

This place is horrible and full of crap. I ordered items back in January. After going back and forth with them for over a month, only part of my order arrived. I kept emailing and asking questions same crap. Now today they send me an email saying it was shipped already. YES DUMMIES a partial order was shipped and received but where is the rest

Listen to these reviews!!!! I wish I had. This is a fraudulent company. They will take your money and you will not get an item in return. If you email, someone named Viv will copy and paste the same email over and over talking about delays. You will never see your order!!! I reported them to the BBB.

Ordered Custom socks online and uploaded a pic of my daughter for it. ordered 13th Feb

Ordered arrived today (March 2) and it's a pair of XXL Boxers with love hearts and some random girl's face on them???

Furthermore, the website links within their email communications all go to somewhere else except the website.

Ordered in January for Valentine’s Day but because of the Coronavirus they were unable to fulfil this order in time for Valentine’s Day, it arrived the the 28th of February, I emailed Vivi asking for a refund and she said she would give me some money back which she did. Sadly I ordered a M which my partner is normally and they did not fit as they are too small! Just all been a nightmare which I feel bad for the business! Hope they get everyone’ else’s orders done and getting good reviews again!

DO NOT ORDER! I placed an order the beginning of February for a Valentine’s Day gift . Merchant said it was print a week after I placed the order & I STILL haven’t received anything. They didn’t allow me to cancel . Will never order from these girls again !!

This is the worst purchase ever. Not only it took forever to be processed and delivered but it is the worst merchandise. I ordered a large in men for my husband and the product seems to fit a child. I am definitely sharing my feedback. This is a scam. Not only they take forever to deliver, they don't allow cancellation.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - I SUSPECT A SCAM COMPANY HERE.

Ordered socks with the children's faces on them for the wife over a month ago.
2 weeks after placing the order I still had not received an update from the seller so I contacted them to ask for an update and any tracking information.
They told me the socks were printed and waiting for dispatch. 10, yes!! TEN days later I get the "dispatched" email with some tracking data that puts delivery into march 02nd.

Let's wait and see if they arrive.
Going by other reviews - they won't.

Better get myself down to the shops and buy something else for the wife.

I placed an order a month ago and paid for express delivery 3-7 days. It took 3 1/2 weeks for the item to be posted, after I sent several emails, which were ignored. The item still hasn’t arrived. Apparently it has been sent to the wrong country. There is absolutely no customer service and they refuse to refund. WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.

Would give less than one star if I could. Ordered socks on 2/8 and still haven’t received them on 2/26... customer service is no help and I don’t guarantee they will even look good at this point. Wish I would’ve read the reviews.

I wish I would've read these reviews before I ordered! Same as everyone else. I ordered a Valentine's Day gift for my daughter on February 5th and was ok if it got here a day or 2 later (5-9 business days on the website). Here we are, February 25th and still no gift!!!

Awful company. So far its been 21 days since I placed my order and paid for 5-9 day shipping. Was supposed to be a Valentines joke gift. That surprise is over.

No communication unless it is customer initiated. Tracking states that I am supposed to get it on 02/27. Just not sure what year....

Please don't order from here!!!!! I had order a Valentine's gift from here back in the middle of January, and as of today it still has not arrived.

Absolute terrible company I placed an order beginning of Dec we are now at the end of February and I still don’t have it or a refund I have had to email customer services around 7/8 time’s each time receiving a reply with a completely laughable excuse even used corona virus as a reason along with lost in transit twice and can’t refund as the item has my photo on it wow do not order from this company

Ordered a Valentine's gift on January 20th and still have not received it. It was supposed to be shipped out in 5-9 business days. Contacted seller and got a canned answer about logistics being updated. Thankfully I paid through Paypal and will eventually get my money back after going through the long dispute process.
