Dire company. Have no idea how to even answer a phone call.

Mubashar was quick to reply and attend my home and give me a quote for the works involved. All work was carried out to a very professional standard within the timescale he gave.
Overall I was very happy and satisfied with his service.

We needed a new inverter for our solar panels, MAK Energy promptly responded to our call, were very good, giving a choice of inverter, explaining what needed doing, prices and warranty. The new inverter and remote access box were fitted within the week, excellent service, by knowledgable team.

I needed my solar inverter changed and enquired on their web site. I got a call back the next day to find out about my current Solar and inverter setup. To make sure I got the right product, I sent photos of the inverter and was given a very reasonable quote for an inverter and installation. On top of that they were happy to come and install on dates that I was available. They arrived punctually on the agreed date, installed efficiently, answered any questions and then got my app software working post the install as well. A very good experience and someone I would recommend and use if I needed a battery or other energy products installed.

mubashar was very kind and understanding and explained things to me several times over as i have no knowledge of this technology at all. Everything was fitted in a very proffesional manner and he also went out of his way to help us as we needed a new roof as well and his team worked around this. Have already recommended him to several fiends.
