Total lack of support.
I bought a Maduino-Zero-4G-LTE, once started to fiddle with it, I noticed that the documentation is very poor and no one received support on their GitHub account.
The repository contains some examples but they look more like a proof of concept more than a commercial product.
No information are provided on the available PINs nor troubleshooting information.
I sent an email months ago but was ignored, as were my requests in GitHub.
