I never received my product and they stopped answering messages.

Look at the Better Business Bureau! They have an "F" for a reason! After I complained they DELETED MY ACCOUNT!
Purchases placed in SEPTEMBER and OCTOBER. After over 20 emails telling me that it was coming they finally canceled one of my orders. Do not buy from them, it's more reliable to use the cheapest ebay sellers than this company. Save your time and money. Do not do business with them. The "Sales" are just a lure to get you to buy, please don't fall for it.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They failed to fulfill a large order and they refuse to disable the recurring subscription I made with their company. When I e-mailed them I received no reply but they deleted my account so I can no longer access my order history. All of my orders were marked as fulfilled but only one had a shipping number associated with it, and after 3 weeks that shipment had never been received by their post office. Their customer service does not have a phone number and only accepts e-mail, though they will never respond. Even though they're a complete failure of a business they keep "improving" their website and throwing near monthly sales. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Don't waste time or money on these guys. Ordered filament with their 'special" pricing, seemed like a good deal. Month and a half later and no product. They do not respond to e-mail.

Really disappointing and maybe even a scam...

They used to be okay. The filament was decent, and their subscription box was fine. I got a gift card for $100 in their monthly subscription box and redeemed it on 10/12/18. It's now 2019 and I have nothing to show for it except about 50 emails to their support team,(pretty sure they are ignoring me now) and a pile of "shipping ASAP" lies and excuses. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. You can honestly get better plastic for cheap off Amazon. Not worth the hassle with these scammers just to support an American manufacturer. There are others out there that care about their customers. If your reading this - Ship my damn order. order# 58508

They have become even worse. Placed an order on November 1st. Decided to give them a break since they had tons of sales. On December 13th I visited their site and it showed my order was fulfilled on December 11th. I received no e-mail with this info. I emailed them and they responded 2 days later stating they were packed but not shipped, will get me a tracking number "soon". Here we are at the new year and nothing. I emailed them again before the 20th for a tracking number and have been flat out ignored. Come to find out, there are others who had their orders fulfilled on the same exact date with nothing received.

I am still waiting on one roll of their newfangled magnetic filament (as is everyone else who ordered the June/July Geek Boxes?) and have had non delivery of other boxes.

I also sent a simple e-mail asking about their discount code for new accounts on a different e-mail and received no response their either. Luckily I used a credit card from a military credit union and they will be more than happy to get any and all monies returned to me. Pure Fraud

Ordered 4 spools of filament. They were quick to take my money and after 3 days of not hearing anything, I contacted them.

The filament wasn't even made although it was shown as in stock. I asked to have the order canceled. They said they would but the money has not been returned. It's been over 10 days.

Do not buy from them!

Ordered PTEG filament over a month ago and have not received my order, any updates and they will not reply to my requests for status. I think the Missouri Attorney General should get involved.

Ordered PLA for a product I am selling, emailed a week later asking for update, two weeks go by and still no reply.

Go somewhere else.

I ordered two items from this company. One product, a "transitional PLA spool" was sold as a flawed item that was still usable. I was never able to get a successful print out of it. The other items (a spool of PETG) never arrived. Weeks after I ordered it had not shipped. I was eventually told that it was on backorder, but there was no mention of this when I ordered it. I was refunded for both of my orders, but with so many 3d printer filament suppliers out there why would anybody bother with this company?

large expectations from this retailer based on advertised on their web have shown to be completely false. long unexpected delays, incomplete kits and shabby customer support which ignores 5/6 of any complaint. just GO AWAY from makergeeks.com and don't look back. plenty of better choices online for 3d print and filament goods.
