Tax, tax tax…
Beautifull pencil but when you purchase this pencil you have to pay tax before they will send the newly bought pencil to you.
After several day your package is at Customs and again you have to pay tax. Having to pay tax twice almost doubles the price

The service was excellent, it was shipped after two days I ordered it because it was Saturday when i placed the order and arrived in Romania the next day but i had to wait for the customs two weeks.

Aesthetically pleasing and functional
The pencil plane is an expensive item, but it is beautifully made and functions better than any other device I have tried for safely and effectively sharpening softer pastel pencils.

Fantastic customer service
I had a problem paying for an item not the website on a Sunday evening, by the time I checked my email on Monday morning the problem had been resolved and the overpayment refunded.
