This hosting solves my problem with another hosting. It offers a good hosting that is auto-scaling. They are good for speed and seem reliable.

Great experience so far

I had burnt my fingers earlier by buying lifetime hosting plan on AppSumo so I was ultra skeptical before buying this deal. Fortunately this one so far really works as intended and I did not find any issues. I have been using Cpanel so far but I was instantly able to use their custom dashboard because it is very intuitive. I also liked how easy it was for me to change certain settings on Php version (Godaddy really sucks on that)

Now on things that can be improved:
First, I created email account with custom domain but apparently it takes about 30 minutes to activate. While trying to send email even after 30 minutes, it got bounced but after about an hour it worked.
Second, even after trying US VPN, SSL implementation and HTTPS propagation took more than 30 minutes which can be improved.
Overall very good speed and easy to use user interface. Definitely worth every penny and even more, if what they say (about 10 years upfront investment in infra) is true.

This control panel is very intuitive. Simple. My clients who have used cpanel also donot have issue. At the same time it is very fast due to NVME. I have not seen any downtime issues so far.

I like the fact that options seem to make sense even for a novice like me. I've already asked help via support and they were quick in providing help and make sure I wouldn't encounter issues setting up.

It will require more time for me to understand what are the limitations I might encounter as for now I'm really a beginner in this space and need to study a lot more before coming up with things I don't like about this service.

Having a reliable web hosting service and excellent customer support is fundamental to any business, blogger, etc and it seems from my limited personal experience that I chose the right provider.

It is expensive, but I like being about to get live chat and phone support within seconds. I am also able to pass on the cost of premium support to my clients.

But, I have started to build my own projects and niche affiliate websites. These sites do not require expensive hosting and immediate tech support.

Initially, I was concerned about using MakersHost's control panel as I was already familiar with standard industry panels from cPanel and Plesk. I was happy to discover that the MakersHost control panel is very similar to cPanel, and I figured it out in less than 10 minutes. If you know cPanel, you will have no problems using MakersHost.

The bandwidth is also good. I tested several WordPress websites and got scores above 90 on GTMetrix.

I have only had to contact support once, and they got back to me within a reasonable time to answer the problem.

I can recommend MakersHost to those who have a basic understanding of how web hosting works and do not require immediate, real-time chat and phone tech support. Only large hosting companies have the finances to provide live 24/7 tech support.

Websites loads fast, actually must faster than old webhost. A bit slow support but they are around when needed.

Really happy to find Makershost. A bit of learning curve for a novice like me but now that I've figured it out and learned where to access things, it's super easy and keeps my site running smoothly. I have a small business so it's great to find a host that is affordable, reliable and easy to use. I've yet to try their customer service but I have been very happy with their offerings so far and I would definitely recommend them to other creators and entrepreneurs.

When I was stuck figuring out how to do something I haven't done before, their support team didn't just link me to an FAQ article and wish me luck - they actually recorded a screenshare showing me exactly what I needed to do and followed up with me to make sure I was good to go.

After migrating a few wordpress sites and stress testing their systems, I immediately put in my 30 day cancellation notice for my other hosts. This will be where all of my hosting is now.
