Poor service. Bath mat still not received after two weeks and on line tracking says it’s not even dispatched and won’t arrive until March. No customer service and clearly a dodgey website. I usually check and of course I would have seen all these negative reviews but bought it in a hurry. No doubt it will be a lengthy chargeback process too.

Returned to seller. It was delivered back to them.
Still waiting for a refund.

I ordered a few lights, they arrived in about 10 days, which is okay. Quality of the lights is good and overall I am pleased with them. Customer service was also very helpful when I contacted them.

Should've checked for reviews online first, like I usually do, but I was so happy to find a pink watering can that I just went ahead with the purchase. It looked good quality, high end even & I got a 10% discount so thought it was worth a try. I just received my watering can that I paid over £20 for & it's cheap plastic in a horrible peach colour & the source is just standard silver-coloured metal, not a rose gold colour that is shown in the product images. I feel like an idiot for making this mistake but I'll definitely not be making it again. I'll keep the product as it's functional but every time I use it I'll be annoyed as it isn't the beautiful pink & rose gold colours that I wanted so it will be hidden away instead if displayed.

Complete scam, goods recieved do not resemble photos and of inferior quality, completely ripped off.

ordered a clock and it arrived a few days before their expected date.Fine. No problems,And a nice clock too.

This is a scam. It is a chinesse company in disguise. They cancelled our shipment after 2 weeks of our order and didnt tell us return or money back.
