Too many additional options that require more investment without having tried the app for sometime. I think these options should be present sometime during the paid subscription so that if one is benefiting they may be able to make an informed decision to make additional investments.

The AI isn't speaking with an italian accent and the app is a bit glitchy. I have learned a few new words and will persevere with this app

After multiple exchanges with customer support regarding my request for a refund after a mistaken extension, they just keep telling me my case is under review, just wondering why a review which should take 5 minutes takes more than 5 months and still no decision, just more "we are still reviewing", sorry can;'t deal with this amount of incompetence so will just have to give in (which is obviously their strategy), but won't be exploring this again in the near future

this is a clunky app; the AI is slow to respond, repeats itself and it appears that the trainer for the AI isn't a native English speaker, so it speaks in ways a native speaker does not. It may be helpful to a beginner learner, but if you can speak a language but are really rusty, this isn't the best app. Additionally, the policies, which you cannot see until you subscribe, basically rule out any reason you might have for getting a refund, despite the advertisement that you can get a refund easily. It must earn a lot of money of the company but doesn't work well for the user.

The app crashes frequently or just freezes. It also shows different languages when "interpreting" my pronunciation. I've had English and Arabic (I don't have Arabic in my device keyboard). It accepts almost every attempt at pronunciation, even if I say something completely different. It's still better than not moving on because it doesn't understand well.

Basically they hide their terms and conditions behind the acceptance button where you sign up. After that they then hit you with a reoccurring subscription charge even if you have stopped using the "service". There is no notice of this charge and even if you contact them promptly they will not give a refund. The product was so bad I stopped using it after a few days and it is nothing like as good as the advert makes it look. I don't like to use that word scam but it certainly looks that way. Any honourable company would offer a full refund rather than enforce the payment for absolutely nothing.
