Useless ai, you'll use up your entire month's credits trying to produce an image thats remotely close to what you want. No way to contact the company to report issues with their fraudulent business model. If you have any credits left over they won't roll over. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Terrible service! It's impossible to do anything without a subscription, and if you subscribe, it's impossible to cancel. They charge money monthly, and there isn't even an option to cancel the subscription in the personal account. It's a complete scam!

AI is completely useless at generating good plans.
Capabilities are overstated and process to unsubscribe is unnecessarily complicated with a mandatory questionnaire

I wanted AI to help me edit my current floor plan. It does not have this feature. It only has plan generation from scratch, something that isn't helpful- and the technology is VERY bad. Some of the from scratch plans are absolutely awful- cars parked inside the house, rooms that don't make any sense, etc. I am NOT going to pay $30/month to train the AI from scratch. The AI should have some information already- ie. typical bedroom and bathroom sizes, where to put cars, making sure there's an entrance to every room, etc.

Some of the other features that use AI don't give you any freedom to dictate to AI what you'd like- I thought I could use the photos and have AI change things- ie. make the space more open or change the paint color to purple. But it's all just randomly generated ideas by the AI. That's not helpful. Particularly when AI thinks you need a window in a wall that has another room on the other side of it.

I'd like my $30 back. This was misleading in terms of what it offers. The editing of the current plans is essentially just a poorly done program to edit your own floor plans... something I can do for less in a lot of other apps.

Garages in the middle of living rooms. Not even close to coming to market - save your money!

This tool is not ready for prime time. Hardly a working prototype. Save your money.

I am the first one to review this website because I have an interest in marketing architecture plans through this platform. And from the quick research I have done, I can see that there are people on both sides - some think it's a great platform, while others have written comments saying it's a scam because they paid but never got access to the plans. I have not yet tried to pay, so I am still undecided. But guys, please do share your experience on Maket.ai here. Thanks.
